I love images that make me feel. (I shoot in film and digital.)

In the beginning, I was focused on portraits; specifically, children's portraiture ... Then I just fell in love with shooting weddings. With all the emotions that happen in a single day, I feel blessed to get a front row view to a beautiful love story.

It was a part-time dream until I quit my day job the year after. Just like that. I was very determined to make it happen ... Every day is hard work, but it's hard work that I love doing ... Every day.

Another passion of mine is traveling the world. Once I felt my passport in hand and got that first stamp in it, I knew it would open my eyes to things I never realized existed. I've traveled to Bali, Bangkok, Berlin, Guam, Manila, Mexico, Singapore-- even a day trip to the Oregon coast makes me happy!

Seeing the many different cultures and faces makes me feel so alive and more appreciative of what I already have, rather than longing for what I don't have. Our world is so beautiful. Life is beautiful.
