THIS IS FOR ME. IT’S ALL ABOUT ME.
In my previous boudoir post, I had mentioned that these delicate images can be a great gift for your significant other. But, sometimes it doesn’t have to be. Sometimes, it’s just all about you. And, that’s who it really should be for. You.
Not all of us women are the perfect shape. Some of us are supermodel tall, others are not. Some of us have supermodel features, others do not. Some of us are supermodel thin, others are not. But, what each of us have is what the others doesn’t because we are our own self. Therefore, we should be photographed per how we feel inside. If you’re feeling sexy then wear what makes you feel sexy. If you’re feeling sexier then wear what makes you feel sexier. Or, don’t wear anything at all. Uh, what’s a birthday suit? Does it come with candles and frostings? Um, sometimes. haha!
It’s all about you, so let’s make you happy! Celebrate You!

WHAT’S A BOUDOIR AND WHY IS IT ALL THE RAVE?
A boudoir actually means “a woman’s bedroom or private sitting room” per The Free Dictionary by Farlax. Not all women are the same, therefore, not all boudoir photos are the same. And, not all boudoir photographers are the same. I don’t know how to shoot like someone else. I only know how to shoot like me. My style. I see boudoir photography as an art form. I realize that some viewers may find this type of photography offensive. However, I think when it’s done real tastefully, then these photos can be well-appreciated by both men and women.
(Of course, if you want to get a little sexier, like Ms.E, then I can do that, too!)
I think it’s a great way for us women to celebrate our own beauty. Whether it be a gift for your significant other or for yourself, these photos can be something to look back on later — when we all get older and gravity takes over. Yes, I may find myself on the other side of the lens someday! Okay, granted that everything is in its place and I can find the right photographer who won’t laugh at my less-than-graceful self. Obviously, I wouldn’t be able to photograph myself. haha!
